This magical place with a spectacular view over the Atlantic Ocean features a bright and spacious living room with an extended terrace. Located within the village of José Ignacio, the beaches (La Mansa 3 min and Brava 8 min) and restaurants (La Huella) are within walking distance.
Upstairs, there is a living room with a closed dining area and an open kitchen. Connected to the living room is a terrace overlooking the sea.

Downstairs, there is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom, and 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. At the back of the house, there is a single bedroom with a separate toilet and shower, as well as storage/laundry room with beach accessories.

At the back of the house, there is a nice covered and protected outdoor space with a grill/barbecue and a large dining table where you can enjoy a pleasant meal.
