Designed by architect Martin Gomez, this unique villa was built in a huge area of +10,000m² with a total of 1200m² built on stone, concrete and wood. Surrounded by beautiful garden, the house is composed of a main building with two outdoors pool, heliport, football, tennis and volleyball courses, a second building with 2 extra suites joined by a living room, a third building with barbecue area and gym and three adjoining bungalows built over a lake with white sand. Entering the main house, you will find a small welcome area with a social bathroom that leads to a spacious double-height living room area with views to the beach. This area is composed of two comfortable and well-appointed living rooms with fireplace, a large dining room integrated with a no-smaller-sized kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows connect this space to a large, covered terrace with two fireplaces, alfresco dining room with barbecue and large pool, all with views of the sea. A spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor with the 4 suites. The two corner master suites share a large terrace with wood-burning fireplaces facing the ocean. The other two suites are smaller and have view to the garden. The backyard pool divides two sectors – to the right a second building includes two extra suites and a living room in the middle which could be turned into a third bedroom sharing a bathroom – to the left, a large, covered entertainment area including the barbecue, a gym, a sauna and dining area. Connected with a wooden bridge, the house includes three adjoining bungalows built over a small lake. Two of them with a suite and once of them with two bedrooms, all of which include a small kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.
